TOTTO WINE

We grow grapes and make delicious wine in the beautiful nature of Tottori.

Yama Sauvignon

This is a red wine grape variety that has been grown since the establishment of Totto Winery in 2007 and is representative of Totto Winery.

It is a dry wine with a sweet aroma of freshly picked fruit and a refreshing acidity that lingers on the palate.

Yama blanc

This is a premium wine that only Totto Winery has been able to commercialize as a wine, as there are only a few examples of its cultivation in Japan. It is a dry white wine with a noble sweet fruit aroma, full fruitiness, and supple acidity that lasts for a long time.

Hana Roze

This wine is brewed with "Hana Rosé" (our own designation), a variety grown exclusively for rosé. The ripe grapes are characterized by their bright reddish purple color. The most attractive feature of "Hana Rosé" is its aroma, and when the grapes are harvested, the area around the field is filled with the sweet aroma of strawberries. It is a dry wine with an impressive dry taste with a gorgeous strawberry aroma.
